Runboard is still very much in business. The nice people in the support forums are always happy to help out new board owners and have even created board designs that you can chose from and customize if you want. Of course, you can always design your own too. Here is a link to the board designs (skins). [sign in to see URL],offset=0

Runboard is FREE. If you do not want the Google ads that show up at the top, then you can pay a fee to remove them. When you sign up for a board, you get a default plain thing that is completely usable, just not that pretty. If you want to use one of the fancy skins, there are directions there about how to change it. If you want to play around with colors and borders, the control panel is set up with boxes to fill in, so you don't really have to know how to use htlm and css code. If you get stuck on something just ask at the support forums. They are pretty quick to help out. A lot of board owners actually have two boards. One that they practice changes on and one that is live to the members.

I haven't looked at any Wolfeboro forums since WOL went down. I only joined that one to follow my nephew when he was in high school there. The kids are grown up and gone and my brother doesn't work there anymore and considering moving, so I really don't have much connection to the place. I live in Southern NH.

Rumored is a new Wolfeboro forum. I'm happy where I am—at Wolf/Gil—so I'll not likely be joining in.

(IF that's been a problem for "Wolfeboronians").

I like our little Forum here, granted I don't have a lot of free time to be here, but this is nice it's still here.
I'm not on the computer much anymore, I've been enjoying a computer life style and mostly just use my smart phone these days for everything instead. emoticon
